Service Outage 15-Jun-04
Dear Valued Customer,
We are deeply concerned about the 3 hour downtime which happened yesterday. Before apologizing, however, We want to assure you that we will not allow such an incident to recur; our company has a favorable record of customer satisfaction and we will not allow that to change.
Unfortunately GT/360 network, the company which serves Ravand equipments in their Toronto datacenter, had the scheduled maintenance and due to unknown reason they have failed to notify us in advanced. That was why we and our customers faced an unexpected downtime for 3 hours starting 00:30 AM Est, on June 14.
We have discussed the issue with GT/360 Network and after complete investigation they have fixed their records and sent us the letter of apology.
Once again, we like to express our sincere regret and apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you.
