Summary:
The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with Windows or Linux Administration systems within a 200+ server datacenter.
- Proficient in Windows 2003 and 2008 server installations, administration, and disaster recovery.
- Have a clear understanding of how to isolate, diagnose, and resolve server problems, network issues, and applications is a necessity.
- Skilled in leading projects, especially in deploying live end-user systems and webhosting environment.
- Proven network technical troubleshooting experience, working with managed switches, knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs and routing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- UNIX scripting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
- Upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service in related field.
- Bachelor degree in computer science/computer engineering/communications engineering is preferred..
- Advanced PC and Server architecture knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Possess advanced technical skills and knowledge of a server and its hardware specifications
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports and provides technical support and server specific information to customers, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Provides and ensures excellent customer service to server specific customers.
- Maintains and updates company’s customer databases
- Provides accurate information on product supply and inventory. Supply forecasting for quarterly budgets.

Summary:
The Graphic Design Intern will report to and work directly with the website administrator. The Graphic Designer produces designs for websites, HTML emails, and advertising, in both digital and printed formats.
Qualifications:
- Creativity, critical thinking and strong design skills
- Efficient and immediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding how mockups translate to code
- Have good understanding of HTML/CSS that matches the original design layout
- Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A good understanding of Flash is an asset.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in brainstorming concepts for upcoming web design/advertising projects
- Work with the web admin on creating graphical components of mockup websites, advertising proposals, etc.
- Research various GUI's and proposing improvements
- Assist marketing & development department in redesigning html email templates
- Other duties as assigned.
